❤ Best Products For Your Hair Extensions ❤

Hello NVMyHair Dolls!!
Have you ever purchased hair extensions and wasn’t sure what products to use on your hair.  You might have used a certain product on your virgin hair, remy hair, virgin remy hair or LBS hair and it just wasn’t doing it for you. Well, we are here to guide you in choosing the best products for your hair.
We know you are thinking there are so many brands out there, how do you choose. The best thing to do is research & experiment. We have done our own research & experimented with a lot of products. So let’s get started!!!

As a hair extension wearer you need to know what type of hair you are rocking. You should be asking yourself these questions:

❤ #1 What type of hair are you rocking? ❤

❤ First question: Is your hair virgin, remy, virgin remy, local beauty supply (LBS), human hair, human hair/synthetic fiber?

❤ Second question: What is your hair origin? Is it Brazilian, Indian, Malaysian, Peruvian, Chinese, Russian, Mongolian, & etc..

❤ Third Question: What is your hair texture? There are various hair textures within the hair extensions world. You could be rocking natural straight, natural wavy,  natural curly, or steam permed into other different textures.

Even if you do answer these questions it still can be very difficult to make a decision on what products you want to buy but it can help you determine what brands & products you should start to look for. If you use the right products for your type of hair, your hair extensions will look & continue to look  fierce until they are removed & re-installed.

While rocking hair extensions these are some products you should be looking for:

❤ Shampoo
❤ Conditioner
❤ Deep Conditioner
❤ Leave-In Conditioner
❤ Heat Protectant
❤ Anti-Frizz
❤ Holding Spray
❤ Curl Defining Products
❤ Wave Defining Products

Before you buy these products you should determine what does your hair need & what hair issues are you experiencing. So ask yourself this:

❤ Is my hair too oily?
❤ Do I need to re-define my curls/waves?
❤ Do I have dry hair/ends?
❤ Is my hair color-treated?
❤ Do I have body?
❤ Is my hair dull & limp looking?
❤ Does my hair smell?
❤ Do I have heat damage?

Once you answer as many questions as you can about your hair, you can now look at our list of recommended products

Here are a few products you can use & the brands that offer them.
